Slated reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. The date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of this page. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued use of Slated after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Disclosure

• Keep your Account credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach.

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for any violation of these Terms or suspicious activity.

5. License Grant

Slated grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Slated for personal, non-commercial purposes, or internal business use, subject to these Terms. You may not:
• Resell or sublicense Slated.
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of Slated.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Slated.
• Use Slated for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Any unauthorized use of Slated will result in the termination of your license.

6. Payments and Fees

During the Beta Program, access to Slated may be free of charge. However, future access may be subject to fees. If applicable, you agree to pay all fees as specified at the time of purchase. Payment terms, fees, and refund policies will be provided when paid services become available.

7. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use Slated in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
• Upload, share, or distribute content that infringes the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security or performance of Slated.
• Use Slated for any fraudulent or malicious activity.
• Distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful software.

Slated reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including terminating access, against any User who violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Slated and its content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and the overall design, are owned by Slated Tech LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use Slated's content for any purpose other than as expressly permitted in these Terms.

You retain ownership of any data, content, or material you upload to Slated ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Slated a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate the Platform.

9. Third-Party Services

Slated may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience, and Slated does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content or practices of third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

10. Data Collection and Privacy

By using Slated, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your own devices and networks when accessing Slated.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Slated is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, or accuracy of Slated, and disclaim all liability for any issues arising from your use of Slated during the Beta Program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slated will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any loss of data, revenue, or profits.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Slated, its affiliates, and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of Slated, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

13. Termination

Slated reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use Slated will immediately cease. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of Slated will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Slated will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Slated regarding your use of the Platform. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
